Unauthorized commercial use of the Site or its content for AI, ML, or LLM-related purposes will result in liquidated damages of $100,000 per file or page accessed, capped at $5,000,000 per incident, payable to us. This amount reflects a reasonable estimate of the content’s lifetime commercial value, competitive impact, and proprietary nature. It is intended as a pre-estimate of actual harm and not a penalty.

We reserve all rights to pursue additional legal remedies, including injunctive relief and recovery of actual damages, costs, and fees.
