We size engagements to the opportunity to help you win, not the other way around. Most of our strategy retainers are 12-36 months by the clients choice as we make progress and tackle bigger and bigger challenges.

Usually not. If you think an Audit would be helpful we're happy to provide one. We prefer instead to start tackling problems ASAP. There are two exceptions: if you are having integration or data quality problems we will recommend starting with an Audit.

Yes! This is a common situation. We often run strategy while coaching, mentoring, and even placing HubSpot Admins with clients.
